What is System Status?
Our stations and vehicle locations are strategically located throughout the Town of Colonie. Based on call volume, our units dynamically move to the optimal coverage area for the next EMS/911 call. (Updated April 2022).
During our busiest hours of operation, we have 8 Advanced Life Support (ALS) unit in the field in addition to the Shift Commander (615) and a first response unit.
